Welcome to our special place, a static caravan holiday home situated on the Patrington Haven Leisure Park, Patrington, Yorkshire. We continue to be an approved caravan by the Park.

Our lovely holiday home is well equipped and can sleep up to 6 people. We are dog and child friendly.

We want all our guests, both 2 and 4 legged friends to enjoy your holiday to the fullest and hopefully you will return.

For 2026 the Park now has a range of new facilities including a redesigned swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, cold water room. Beauty and fitness suite and self service laundrette. County Club offering a help yourself cafe area, excellent food, drink and play area.

The decking which has front and rear access gates and full wrap around skirting. The garden is a mixture of grass and bark and is secure being fenced front and rear and is accessed either by steps of the decking or the front gate. In addition there is a double car parking space. Please note: No smoking or vaping is allowed in the caravan. There are three TVs, a 40 inch in the lounge, and 18 inch in both the dining/kitchen area. Master bedroom is equipped with a TV. A shower, washbasin and WC is accessed from master bedroom and hall way, and a separate washbasin and WC is accessed from the hall. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with topper and mirror, dressing table and a walk in wardrobes with a full size mirror. The twin bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe and mirror and in the lounge is a double pull out sofa bed with a topper and bedding

We are supplying high quality bedding and towels. Hand towells and tea towells. There is an iron and two ironing boards. Full sized integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker, 4 slice toaster, water filter and microwave. There are plenty of lights and sockets.

The Park hosts various events throughout the year. Walks around the lake which is well stocked with fish and home to ducks. A fenced area for ball games and a seperate fenced play area for younger children. There is a lead off area for dogs to exercise near the entrance. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Withernsea has a seafront, a leisure centre and a variety of shops including Post Office, Boots, Tesco, Poundland and Aldi as well as a variety of independent shops.

Hedon has a Sainburys, Boots, Argos and Post Office and a variety of independent shops.

Patrington has a range of independent shops such as bakers, hardware, petrol, butchers, chemist, and takeaway’s and pubs.

Hornsea has a sea front, Tesco, out of town shopping area, chain and independents.

Patrington is ideally located to explore a variety of places such as Withernsea, Hedon, Hornsea, Bridlington, Scarborough, The Deep, Whitby, York and Spurn Point Nature Reserve. There are dog friendly beaches at Withernsea and Easington.

We are happy to accommodate small dogs at a charge of £30 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs, please advise on booking.
